The Hong Kong entity acts as the holding company, and its principal activities are to manage business development and assume responsibilities for the procurement of key raw materials (wood and acetyls) and for developing export sales. The company has formed a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise ("WFOE") in Nanjing, China which will construct and operate the first manufacturing facility and has formed a Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Commercial Enterprise ("FICE") in Shanghai, China providing commercial services developing product marketing and establishing sales channels ahead of the plant reaching commercial production.
