POSITION: TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- MANUFACTURING

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
The Sales Representative Engineer will be responsible for achievement of the annual sales volume (m3) value targets within the expense budget provided; Development of the customer base by better penetrating existing customers as well as active lead generation and qualification of new customers., these responsibilities will include:
技术销售代表将负责在规定的开支预算内完成年度销售量(立方米)目标;并通过更好地渗入到现有客户及积极开拓培养新客户来完善客户基础的建设。这些责任将包括:
1. Keep good relationship with the existing accounts and develop potential new accounts and business in the regulated region.
保持与现有客户的良好关系,在所辖销售区域内开发潜在客户和开拓新业务;
2. Implement the whole sales process (SITOR) from beginning to the end, and assist in collection according to the contracts signed with the customers.
实施销售从开始到结尾的整个销售过程(SITOR),并基于与客户签订的合同协助收集整理相关销售信息;
3. Provide truthful and accurate technical information about Accoya® and stay technically updated.
提供真实准确的固雅木技术信息,并保持技术上的及时更新。
4. Resolve complaints from customers timely and enable to satisfy the customers.
及时解决客户投诉,并能让客户满意。
5. Collect information from market / competitors / customers to help the company to adjust its marketing and sales strategy.
从市场/竞争对手/客户处收集相关信息以帮助公司及时调整市场和销售策略。
6. Fulfill the tasks requested by the company or superior as may be arranged at any time.
履行公司或上级随时安排的任务。
JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求
Work experience – The candidate should have at least 5 years related working experience, 3-5 year selling experience (in wood industry is preferred)
工作经验—候选人应有至少5年以上的工作经验,3-5年销售经验(木材行业销售经验优先)
Education –Bachelor degree is required and master degree is preferred
教育背景—学士学位,硕士学位优先
