POSITION: Sales Representative-Manufacturing Segment

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
The Sales Representative Engineer will be responsible for achievement of the annual sales and gross margin targets within the expense budget, these responsibilities will include:
销售代表的主要职责是，在费用预算范围内完成年销售目标和毛利率目标。这些职责具体包括：
1.Assist with developing sales strategies for the industrial manufacturing market and evaluate the effectiveness of various sales plans
协助开发工业制造市场的销售战略，并评估不同销售方案的有效性
2.Develop and follow up on inquiries via multiple channels such as telephone, direct mail, e-mail, web, in-person
通过各种渠道开发并跟进需求，例如通过电话、信件、电子邮件、网络或面对面的沟通
3.Develop and qualify new sales leads in the industrial manufacturing market to turn them into prospects
在工业制造市场开发和验证新的销售机会，并将其转化为可能的销售前景
4.Establish new accounts by identifying and cold calling prospects
通过识别潜在机会和陌生拜访建立新的客户关系
5.Keep good relationship with the existing accounts and Develop potential accounts and new business in the regulated region
与现有客户保持良好的关系，发展有潜力的客户和开发新客户
6.Follow up and monitor the whole sales process from beginning to the end, and fufill the fee collection according to the contracts signed with the customers.
跟进并监控整个销售过程，根据与客户签订的合同完成货款回收
7.Resolve complaints from customers timely and enable to satisfy the customers
及时解决客户投诉，并能使客户满意
8.Collect information from market / competitors / customers to help the company to do marketing strategy adjustment 
从市场、竞争者及客户处收集信息，协助公司进行市场战略调整

JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求

Work experience – The candidate should have at least 5 years related working experience, 3 year selling experience in wood industry is preferred
工作经验—候选人应有至少5年以上的工作经验，3年以上木材行业销售经验优先

Education –Bachelor degree is required
教育背景—学士学位
