Summary of Key responsibilities主要职责
The Sales Representative will be responsible for achievement of the annual sales and gross margin targets within the expense budget provided under national laws and the company’s policy allowing, these responsibilities will include:

1.Assist with developing sales strategies for the civil projects market and evaluate the effectiveness of various sales plans
协助开发国内建筑工程市场的销售战略,并评估不同销售方案的有效性
2.Develop and follow up on inquiries via multiple channels such as telephone, direct mail, e-mail, web, in-person
通过各种渠道开发并跟进需求,例如通过电话、信件、电子邮件、网络或面对面的沟通
3.Develop and qualify new sales leads in civil projects to turn them into prospects
在国内建筑工程市场开发和验证新的销售机会,并将其转化为可能的销售前景
4.Establish new accounts by identifying and cold calling prospects
通过识别潜在机会和陌生拜访建立新的客户关系
5.Develop new customers to complete the sale(collect、visit、sample、spec-in、quotation、negotiation、deliver)
开发新客户以完成销售(收集信息、拜访客户、样品安排、规格、报价、谈判、交付)
6.The timely account receivables
应收账款及时回收
7.Resolve complaints from customers timely and enable to satisfy the customer
及时解决客户投诉,并能使客户满意
8.Feedback competitors and market information
竞争者及市场信息反馈
9.New business development in the region and meet the company target
新业务开发,完成公司指定目标
10.Building a good network relationship with customer
与客户建立良好的关系
11.Assist in strategic planning and organizational management
协助战略规划和组织管理
Job requirements 职位要求
Work experience – The candidate should have at least 5 years related working experience, 3 year selling experience in wood industry is preferred
工作经验—候选人应有至少5年以上的工作经验,3年以上木材行业销售经验优先
Education –Bachelor degree is required
教育背景—学士学位
