POSITION: TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- CONSTRUCTION
REPORT TO: SALES MANAGER
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Representative will be responsible for achievement of the annual sales volume (m3) value targets within the expense budget provided; Development of the customer base by better penetrating existing customers as well as active lead generation and qualification of new customers, these responsibilities will include:
1. Keep good relationship with the existing accounts and develop potential new accounts and business in the regulated region.
2. Implment the whole sales process (ADCIS) from beginning to the end, and assist in collection according to the contracts signed with the customers.
3. Provide truthful and accurate technical information about Accoya® and stay technically updated.
4. Resolve complaints from customers timely and enable to satisfy the customers.
5. Collect information from market / competitors / customers to help the company to adjust its marketing and sales strategy.
6. Fulfill the tasks requested by the company or superior as may be arranged at any time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work experience – The candidate should have at least 5 years related working experience, 3-5 year selling experience (in wood industry is preferred)
Education –Bachelor degree is required and master degree is preferred
