POSITION: FIELD TECHNICAL MANAGER - (1 FOR SH)
REPORT TO: GENERAL MANAGER – MANUFACTURING SALES 

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Technical Manager will be responsible for plan, prioritize and manage technical service activities for the manufacturing sales segment, to ensure the trouble free results using Accoya® wood by wood manufacturers, to make them aware of the Wood Handling Guide and best practices to be successful producing wood products using Accoya®, and to monitor the effectiveness of technical support activities in raising the effective and high quality use of Accoya® wood with Manufacturing customers (i.e., improve yield rates, lower wastage, increase value).These responsibilities will include:
1. Develop, evaluate and review technical service procedures and standards.
2. Develop & provide technical proposals or solutions of Accoya® application to wood manufacturer.
3. Help wood manufacturer to address the problems of Accoya® wood processing.
4. Select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of service technicians.
5. Fulfill the tasks requested by the company or superior as may be arranged at any time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work experience – The candidate should have at least 10 year related work experience with minimum 5 years experience in field technical management role in the wood industry.
Education –Bachelor degree of Engineering or Mechanics is required
Competence 
Self-driven, goal oriented over achiever, never satisfied with average performance, aggressive and creative.
Strategic thinking, decision making ability, analytic thinking planning & organizing skills. 
Language – The candidate will be good in both English and Mandarin.
