POSITION: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - (1 FOR SH)
REPORT TO: GENERAL MANAGER – MANUFACTURING SALES
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients, implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships with the defined key accounts from top-level through lower levels, and identifying new revenue opportunities with major accounts. These responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
2. Providing ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
3. Process very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business.
4. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and /or exceeding sales targets.
5. Organize visits to current and potential clients.
6. Retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
7. Recommend products and services that fit well with clients business needs.
8. Fulfill the tasks requested by the company or superior as may be arranged at any time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work experience – The candidate should have at least 10 year related work experience with minimum 5 years experience in sales management role, consulting with high level decision-makers (CEO level). Construction or related materials experience, wood industry experience or a solid understanding of the manufacturing sector, preferably those using wood as a main input material is a plus.
Education –Bachelor degree is required, MBA is preferred

Strategic thinking, decision making ability, analytic thinking planning & organizing skills. High degree of self-confidence and ability to speak with top-level, senior leaders of clients companies (i.e., at CEO level).
Language – The candidate will be good in both English and Mandarin.
