POSITION: SALES MANAGER – FLOORING – MANUFACTURING (1 FOR GZ)
REPORT TO: GM – MANUFACTURING SALES
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Manager –Flooring will be the owner of the SITOR sales process in South China, development of the customer base. And be responsible for achievement of the annual sales (volume, value) targets within the expense budget provided, and management & supervision of the sales team, developing sales forecast, budget and manpower plans. These responsibilities will include:
1. Achievement of the monthly sales targets.
2. Seek & develop the new sales leads in construction projects to turn them into buying customers.
3. Implement the whole sales process (SITOR) to lead the team to achieving established sales targets.
4. Manage the day-to-day activities of sales force in order to implement the company’s overall sales strategy for an assigned region.
5. Promptly communicate any foreseen deviations from goals to the GM Construction to corrective actions.
6. Complete the tasks necessary the superior may be arranged at any time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work experience – The candidate should have at least 10 years related working experience with minimum 5 year experience in sales management role. Construction or related materials experience, wood industry experience is a plus. A solid understanding of the manufacturing sector, preferably those using wood as a main input material is also needed.
Education –Bachelor degree is required and MBA is preferred
