Diamond Wood China Ltd. has been established in Hong Kong to operate a world class Accoya™ production facility and commercial operation through a wholly foreign owned enterprise (WFOE) in Nanjing, PRC.

Diamond Wood China has secured a license agreement with the Accoya™ technology owner Titan Wood Ltd - a 100% owned subsidiary of Accsys Technologies PLC. Accsys is listed on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam and London Stock Exchange AiM market, symbol ‘AXS’ (www.accsysplc.com). The license agreement provides Diamond Wood China exclusive rights to produce and commercialise 500.000 of Accoya™ wood in China.

Titan Wood owns technology, IP and know how relating to the acetylation of wood. In addition, Titan Wood has developed proprietary analytical techniques and evaluation protocols to ensure that the finished quality of Accoya™ wood is both reliably reproducible and always of first-class quality, exceeding the performance of any known wood. Diamond Wood China will be licensing this intellectual property.
